Enjoy free shipping for orders $555 and above! At this point we do not provide automatic shipping calculations for shipments overseas (outside of Canada or the United States). If you are shipping to any of these destinations please ask for a Quote during checkout. No payment will be required. Shipping Method: - Orders are shipped using a variety of carriers depending on cost and destination. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 4 - 14 business days, depending on the shipping address.
- Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Receiving Your Package: - We are not responsible if a carrier leaves your package unattended at your home or business and damage or theft occurs.
- We are also not responsible if a carrier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts and then returns the package to us, or if a delivery is not possible to your location due to an incomplete address and the package is returned to us. In both of these cases, we will need to recharge for the delivery to be resent again.
- If you call to say you did not receive an order and if the carrier can provide delivery confirmation we are not able to issue any type of replacement. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if such a rare incident occurs.

RETURN POLICY Our Simple Policy: Boomazoo Inc. also accepts returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please email us at orders@boomazoo.com for return instructions. We would also appreciate if you could let us know the reason for the return. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: - Any item that says "Cannot be returned" on their product detail page.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- Any item on sale.
- Any cosmetic products.
- Any personal hygene products.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
